  • How can I get subscription tickets in the Donor Circle? Seating in the Donor Circle requires an annual tax-deductible gift to PlayhouseSquare. Donor Circle members receive many benefits. Please call 216-348-5263 to learn more.
  • When will I receive my tickets? Subscription tickets are mailed approximately one month before the show.
  • What if I need additional tickets to one or more subscription series performances? Subscribers can call Subscription Services at 216-664-6050 to purchase additional tickets to any Broadway Series performance.
  • How do I exchange my tickets? Once you receive your tickets, you can exchange your tickets by calling 216-664-6050 or in person by visiting the PlayhouseSquare Ticket office.
  • Where do I park? Our PlayhouseSquare Garage, located at E. 15th & Chester is the most popular parking choice among our subscribers. Buy a prepaid garage package for the season and avoid being shut out on busy nights when the garage sells out!
  • Can I return my tickets for a refund? Series tickets cannot be refunded, but can be returned for a tax credit. Please note also that PlayhouseSquare does not refund tickets due to inclement weather.
  • What if I miss my show? Subscribers who miss their scheduled performance are able to attend another performance of the same production via the PlayhouseSquare Stand-By policy (subject to seat availability).
  • What if I lose my tickets? Subscribers with lost or stolen tickets can have them replaced at the ticket office the night of their performance (with a valid ID).
  • Can I swap more than one show? While there are no limits on exchanges within a show, subscribers are allowed only one Swap-A-Show transaction per season.
